Delete From Your Account

If you can sign in, open Settings, go to the Account section, and choose the delete-account option. europetrainpics will send a confirmation link to your email address before deletion is completed.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot sign in, email info@europetrainpics.com from the email address linked to your account. Include your username and say that you want to delete your europetrainpics account and associated data.

We may ask you to confirm account ownership before completing the request.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion deletes or anonymizes account information associated with your account where reasonably possible, including your login account, email address, profile details, notification settings, and private account data.

User-submitted public content such as photos, comments, railway metadata, and moderation records may be deleted, anonymized, or retained depending on safety, moderation, legal, copyright, fraud-prevention, backup, or community-protection needs.

Retention

Some limited records may be kept after deletion if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or moderation history. Backup copies may also remain for a limited period before they are overwritten or removed.
